A veteran-founded, family-run Panama City mattress store since 1995.
Since 1995
Richard Branham, a proud veteran, opened The Sleep Center in 1995. Business grew quickly, and in 1998 the store moved into a larger 10,000-square-foot showroom at 1830 W. 23rd St..
The store belongs to a large buying group, which lets a local, family-owned shop offer volume pricing on national brands. Its team are factory-trained mattress experts, not commissioned closers, and the store's own standards rule out sales pressure.
The Branhams live in Panama City. Richard, his wife, their daughter and the extended family are regulars at Bay County charity events, and giving back has been part of the business from the first day.
